Estimates and savings claims

All cost-savings figures shown on this website (including the savings simulator) are estimates only. Actual savings depend on individual household consumption, water usage habits, and product selection. Individual results vary.

Health-related claims

Information on this website regarding water contaminants and health is for educational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified medical professional for health-related decisions. SafeMains products are not medical devices.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Warranty

SafeMains systems carry a 10-year limited warranty on tank components, subject to recommended annual maintenance. Full warranty terms are provided at installation.
